Elham is the founding attorney of Sadri Law, PC, where her passionate advocacy, legal counseling, and successful representation in immigration cases have endeared her to several clients. Elham is a consummate lawyer specializing in complex Nationality and Immigration Law with extensive expertise in removal defense, custody, and resolving family-based immigration issues, including undocumented immigrants with marital and family problems, asylum, adjustment of status, and naturalization. She has represented her clients to fight family separation and help them to keep their families together. While still a student at the Penn State Law Center for Immigrants’ Rights, Elham has taken an active role in developing immigration solutions specifically designed for non-citizen victims of crimes. Her storied involvement in immigration issues has led her to be interviewed by the Voice of America and legal profession panels. As a member of the New York state bar, she is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association, AILA, and Iranian American Bar Association, IABA, while serving as an Executive Committee member of AILA SCV, Advisory council member of AILA NorCal, and committee members of NorCal IABA. Elham recently founded Iranian Lawyer in North America, ILNA, where she and co-founder, Ali Assareh, organize professional, networking, and marketing events for their members. After earning her Master in Laws (LL.M.), Elham pursued several entrepreneurial and creative initiatives. She has founded a non-profit community-based forum for Iranian residents in Philadelphia and co-founded a few small businesses. Her volunteer work with the Philadelphia Bar Association received recognition from the Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Mayor of Philadelphia. Elham enjoys participating in local social events as well as volunteering in professional and community events. To relax after a day’s work, Elham finds the time to listen to podcasts and audiobooks and watch legal dramas and episodic series on television.

Aaron has worked for Whirlpool Corporation for 13 years and is currently the VP & Deputy General Counsel. Whirlpool is the world’s leading major home appliance company, with approximately $20 billion in annual sales, 77,000 employees and 59 manufacturing and technology research centers in 2019. The company markets Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Consul, Brastemp, Amana, Bauknecht, JennAir, Indesit and other major brand names in nearly every country throughout the world. In his current role, Aaron leads Whirlpool's global litigation, M&A, and Procurement legal teams. Aaron recently served as the interim global head of Whirlpool's Environmental Health, Safety and Sustainability organization helping develop and lead the organization's response to the Covid-19. As a member of the law department's senior management team, Aaron has developed the team through strategic recruiting, organizational design and one-on-one mentoring. Aaron and his team have received multiple awards for excellent performance and delivery of results. Prior to Whirlpool, Aaron worked as a commercial litigation associate for Kirkland and Ellis and Goldberg Kohn.

Thomas E. Zoeller is the General Counsel for Markets and Regulation at Norfolk Southern Corporation. Mr. Zoeller joined Norfolk Southern on August 1, 2019 after more than 25 years in Federal service as a lawyer and a member of the Senior Executive Service. Prior to joining NS, Mr. Zoeller was the Senior Advisor to the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board. He has previously served as the Managing Director of the National Transportation Safety Board and chief of staff of the Federal Aviation Administration. He was legislative counsel to the late U.S. Senator Wendell H. Ford (D-KY), primarily advising the Senator on transportation, telecommunications, and Federal election law and policy. In addition to his Federal service, he was vice president for regulatory affairs at the American Association of Airport Executives and president and CEO of the National Air Carrier Association. Mr. Zoeller received his B.A. from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and his J.D. from Seton Hall University in Newark, N.J. He and his wife have two sons and the family resides in Norfolk, VA.
